Milk-type: Pasteurized Cow’s milk
This crumbly classic is one of the most popular blue cheeses in North America. Modelled after Denmark’s Danablu, it is a medium-textured blue with a slightly sour sharpness, a pleasantly salty finish and a creamy mouthfeel. Excellent as a table cheese or crumbled over salads.
